An interesting review. I would have never left without getting my money back though. I'm usually not a violent person, but if an sp is going to try to hussle you out of money you should teach them a lesson. It sounds like the other people who saw her though had no problems though. Sounds like she might be a druggie and just a little out of it. I agree the guy was really stupid for leaving that extra money there, like why did he have it in the first place.

WTF!! You're professing that getting ripped off by an SP for a few hundred bucks JUSTIFIES violence against her! Give me a break! No excuse for violence at any time unless your own safety is at risk. Can't believe someone would think its okay to use violence over a rip-off by an SP. I don't condone the rip-off, but don't lower yourself to a violent conclusion. A...it's not right; and B...you risk getting arrested and charged with assault and don't for a second think the courts will accept you being ripped off as any kind of an excuse.

I'm curious what lesson you would teach her? She looks awfully small in the pics and I'm sure not very strong......
Perhaps you should reconsider how you would react to situations.......unless you are threatened with violence I see no reason to resort to violence. Rip offs ect. should be dealt with within the legal means at our disposal.....

While I don't disagree with athaire, I really would love to see how you propose reporting a "solicitation for sex" to a LE officer or for that matter stand in front of a judge and ask for your money back while trying to avert getting charged for solicitation at a same time ?!!

I don't know how that would work out? If its not illegal in Canada why not?

Assuming you report it to the police and they actually spend resources investigating it - what happens. At best she gets a slap on the wrist from the courts and your name is available for public record as someone who uses SPs. More than likely the police are not going to spend the resources and you will get a lecture from them about not supporting the local sex trade and your name will still be available for public record since you have filed a police report. Either way, you are not going to get your money back because criminal court (theft or fraud - call it what you want) will not award money to the victim. You need to sue in civil court for that and if she is a druggie, you are not going to get any money.

If she is really small I would probably just take the money back from her. By the sounds of this sp she did not sound like she would phone the cops. Or I would keep on harassing her. I definitly would not forgive being ripped off or4 stolen from. You have the right to protect your property even if it might be against the law.

I wouldn't hit hor slap her around. That does not seem necassary to get the money back. But she could put up a fight.

Do a search in the Victoria reviews section for "Nikki" (Petite redhead). Not to be confused with Niki or Nikki (blonde)
