Jay don't apologize to the idiots in this thread. If you get crap service at a MP you should complain about it, because there are very few avenues to make a complaint that actual affect their business.
And any of the ass kissers who are attempting to defend MP's with crap service are perfectly analogous to the children who had to tattle to the teacher (how is that for alliteration) to get extra brownie points.
