this place is/was called jade executive. if you do a search you'll find that there were alot of unsatisfied perberts so i don't know if that's cuz it's a bad location or because of the people who worked there.

No, Burnaby is trying to eliminate a large number of bodyrub salons. And they plan to do so by rezoning the commercial properties in the City. Bodyrub Salons can only be situated in a restricted class. The whole Lower Mainland is about to witness a transformation in this industry. I've been mentioning this in my posts over the last six months and it is now taking shape. These are not rumours, but inside information from the movers and shakers at City Hall.
