A bit late in my reply ..... you have Happy's on Finlayson, Pins at China Steps {not sure if she is still open}, Tnapon, Island Bodyworks and Aroon Sawat in the Finlayson/Selby area, with Greens around the corner. All within walking distance, some a bit longer walk than others. Hope this helps!
