I don't think she is in Rock Bay, I thought you were talking about Felony.
But if you know than you're probably correct.
I know she had some financial issues a couple years ago which left her without a home of her own, but as far as I know she isn't a an IV drug user or uses anything more than marijuana or alcohol.
But I could be wrong.
She was nice when we met and had her own place which was clean and she looked really good.

I do believe you. Because I know for a fact she has friends in that area and she used to hang around other places like that.
At one time she was volunteering at one of the shelters as well, she has a good heart. And yes I agree she does offer a great service.
