Good Luck on the Rub & Tug. I have never found one although I did see several new Oriental Massage signs up that I had never seen before. Was there last week with my SO so couldn't check it out. However some of the nude strip clubs are pretty full contact so you should get a happy ending.
Wild J's behind Circus Circus was the most contact but about the seediest of the bunch a few years ago.
The topless places serve alchohol and the nudes serve pop only.

The Rub&Tug scene in Vegas is extremely poor overall and definitely hit and miss. What is sensual and uplifting in Victoria is usually sleazy and depressing in Vegas. While there are a few good reviews on TER relating to full service providers, they are few and far between, and prices are extremely high. I have found the most fun and relaxation at Cheetahs strip club. Nowhere on earth have I seen so many beautiful girls under one roof.
