Greetings Ladies and Gents...

As an Indy SP in Victoria, I practically never post here on Perb (self-admitted lurker ) but today I feel compelled to write a few words. I`m hoping that someone out there might be able to offer some good advice on something... or I should say, someone... that is causing some frustration for me.

After a one-time appointment with a certain long-winded Victoria poster, Shiva, I was scared off by some obsessive-like behavior and told him to absolutely not contact me again. He`s attempted to have me essentially "name my price" but I`ve stuck to my word and never again responded to any of his correspondence or communications.

Today, a few weeks later, unbeleivably, he approached me in broad daylight, as I was getting off work, waiting for a parkade elevator! OMG! Defintly made a point of approaching and trying to talk to me... no doubt about it. Guys? Ladies? Is this not wrong on so many levels?! This seems to break the golden rules of sp etiquette, no? Put a MAJOR damper on my Valentines Day, to say the least .

Can anyone suggest how I might make this stop, without making it worse? I`m not interested in instigating anything except having this guy understand to stay the hell away from me... forever. Absolutely.

Let`s all hope the offender isn`t socially-retarded enough to respond to this thread... I would have rather left this alone, but after chatting with some good friends who are in the bizz and receiving encouragement to do so... I feel it was the right thing to do.

So, I open the floor (to all except the above mentioned offender, please and thanks)... please help me out, if you can, fellow perbites. I need some solid advice on this...

The magnitude of what I have recently learned has now caused me great concern (although not for me personally).

I urge those sp's effected to seek the help of the police NOW!. Please don't let your fear of "them" judging your profession stop you from protecting yourself & possibly others. They are on your side.

Unless he is "doing bad things" in the room at an agency & the girl complains, I honestly don't think the agencies in town would refuse his business as he is a very good paying customer . *apologies, if I'm wrong*

When I worked at CCE, I told everyone in the agency that he approached me in public & they still booked him apts with other girls.

His behavior has been allowed to escalate because he wasn't put in his place from the get go .

ie) coming back to the agency to chat to the phone staff for hours, on an almost daily basis.

ie) sitting himself down in the girls waiting room & making the girls uncomfortable, yet no one in management telling him he couldn't be there, even after I complained about it being completely inappropriate .

thats brutal. i remember one time i showed for an appt at SU 10 minutes early and they sent me away. clients and sps shouldn't have no contact outside of the room because it almost nevers works out and these situations never end well

Jess, I am not trying to attack you or CCE.

When I learned that you banned shiva from using your agency I edited my post accordingly.

I even went as far as to offer my respect for your decision. I hope other agencies decide to follow your good example .

What makes me upset is that you see no reason to send me a simple Thank You for receiving my pm titled "urgent request", detailing new info on shiva that in turn contributed to you banning him from your agency .

My motives are to work together to keep everyone in the industry safe. That's all

If your encounter with "Shiva" was anywhere near a Bernard Callebaut Fine Chocolatier...
He was purchasing some Valentine's Day truffles for me as a gift for me, his preferred Valentine of the evening, prior to an extremely fine dining social engagement.

He did mention to me that he had bumped into you, (after all the women he has seen), I'm sure he seemed to you, caught unawares, (like a deer in the headlights?) and slightly embarassed while trying to recall your name and respectfully saying a simple hello.

I have had many communications with "Shiva" that tried several times to "reserve" an appointment with me in-between my trips abroad and that also suited his schedule.

On Valentine's Day, he managed to actually talk to ME and not my voicemail and we conversed for awhile...He was a tad sad that his favorite SP was busy at work and we eventually decided to make a two-part appointment. The first on Valentine's Day for a dinner arrangement. The second, for an early morning appointment the following day. He was hesitant about asking me a question and simply put, asked..."Do you know who I am?" He was astonished that I did, and asked how...and that I still agreed to see him. I wanted to experience what all the "HOOPLA" was all about!

I found nothing abusive, intrusive, disrespectful, violent, slanderous, stalker-type personality...(wasn't too long ago, I had a serious one, last year to be precise) and as a matter of fact, found him to be just the opposite...

He goes out of his way to please and stimulate in all aspects of his character, both physically and mentally. Very much a respectful gentleman. I personally would not turn down another request for an appointment from Shiva.

In any case, I will certainly post anything that may be leading up to and bordering on mental dysfunction and admittance to the 4th floor!

Shiva in my personal "evaluation", is a full-fledged pleaser, a hopeless romantic, "Addicted to Love"...and finally diagnosed by me as "Lookin' for Love in all the Wrong Places".

Well, I am glad to hear that you didn't have a bad experience with him .

However, as a fellow sp who's seen him, as well as spoken to well over 10 different ladies who have also seen him, please be very careful continuing your relations with this guy .

He seems "totally normal" in the beginning but over time turns into a real nightmare for some .

My girls at my agency (Class Choice) have had nothing but harassment tactics from this man AFTER a "good" appointment. He is a Dr. of Psychology. His credentials are solid! HOWEVER his behavior is not sound. For example - his choice of name - has anyone looked it up? SHIVA = Shiva is the destroyer or transformer.. This man "transforms" he is a Jekyll and Hyde type character. He has waited for at least one of my girls outside her place of residence and jumped out at her from the bushes threatening suicide IF she DID NOT see him. He sends me 50 plus e-mails daily trying to book her. His e-mail address - EACH time is E-Mail@vps.xdzmedia.com. He is NOT to be trusted. The police are already informed and have indicated that THIS is serious dysfunctional behavior and is going down a known path of destruction. Interesting that his name reflects this.

Many other ladies have also been receiving the same kind of "harassment tactics" . Although, I am not insinuating that those who have posted "their positive experiences with him" have in any way been harassed or coerced to post in anyway.

I will concur, that his career is as stated above, as well as the suicide note, and waiting for a lady outside her residence on more than 1 occasion . Very scary stuff, for someone who is trained to know the difference between fantasy vs reality & what is & is not acceptable behavior .

Shiva is the destroyer.......DOK is his profession......& Roshi is a type of practice relating to pyschology. "ROSHI Neuro-Adaptive Feedback Training", "ROSHI Enhancement of Peak Performance" .

And we do believe you are...first of all, a public thank you to Audrey for putting herself out there and warning everyone about Shiva/DOK/Roshi/Prometheur not only in this thread, but also a while back as well. The following is something we wanted to pm Shiva personally, but he has been banned (way to go, mods!) and therefore impossible for us to pm him directly. So please understand that we are posting our message to him publicly because we believe he will read it and we are STILL, as of this very second, seriously concerned about the escalation of his harrassing behaviour towards all our staff.

Shiva: As of today your harrassment of intimidating a new hire has continued (eg, phoning her and telling her that because she spoke up about you stalking her, someone "just died, has been killed"). As well, you have continued to phone our agency, block your number and pretend to be any number of "clients" asking probing questions about said girl, where she is, what she is doing, is she "with" anyone, etc. Your voice and your scripted way of asking questions is very noticeable. Your physical harrassment has continued as well, and is escalating. Now, we are receivng up to 50 emails a day from someone who has managed to find an email address where attempts are made to book up all our girls, but when we reply we receive a message that the email address is illegal/unreachable. This indicates a personal vendetta on this agency; we've noticed that this only started after you started seeing a specific one or two ladies here, and has increased after we decided to ban you. We may be wrong, but we are working closely with the police on this matter; they do have a task force that is able to cyber-track your location based on your emails and any other internet behaviour you have been doing. We also have a confirmed identity profile on you: your name, home and work phone number, your profession, the address of your practice, and other personal particulars. All this information was provided BY YOU TO US VOLUNTARILY some time ago before we realized how mentally unstable you were. It turns out you really are a doctor; physician, heal thyself!

We are offering you an opportunity to stop this type of sociopathic behaviour; if you do not, we will make your true identity and information public on this board; we will also work closely with the police to have you charged and brought to justice. We hope that our other gentlemen friends and all ladies in the business do not think us less classy for doing this; we want everyone, independents and other ladies at other agencies, to be safe and feel like their privacy and human rights are as equally important as anyone else's. We are chagrined and not happy to do this; we have 100% confirmed that our info is correct, but it never sits easy with us to have to resort to these measures. There are so many wonderful gentlemen out there who treat all indys and ladies at any agency with respect and gratitude; you smear their good character by association (eg, being a fellow client) when you engage in such dangerous behaviour. Stop it now, Shiva. This is a one-time only courteous but firm warning. Stop it!
If you ignore our request, we will be taking the above stated actions.

I haven't read Perb in ages, but this is sad.

He's a practicing psychologist? He should have his license revoked, he's not in any condition to help himself, let alone others. There must be some process for initiating a review of his competence.

Also, the newspapers might be interested in this. He hasn't gone Jack the Ripper yet, but it's still newsworthy. "Practicing psychologist stalks local prostitutes." Salacious enough to make it to television. I can't imagine his practice would survive, or his license. Letting him continue to "treat" people, while he becomes sicker and sicker himself, would be wrong.
