I realize that I don't know all the facts, but I see that Kerry has been banned for unpaid advertising, no public warning? I guess rules are rules, but considering the season and the "charity" work that Kerry and Mandy have done over the last two Christmas', you'd think a little latitude would have been warranted. Hopefully we'll see her back soon. I'm sure Kerry doesn't really need to advertise on here either.

It is unfortunate to see a great SP like Kerry get banned because of advertising.
I think what Kerry should seriously look at is to becoming a paid advertiser on Perb and using some of the cash that she raised for the fundraiser to pay for it.
Why, not? She had to advertise their special fundraiser and I'm sure with a green advertising light, she would make more clients aware of the special and more than make up for the cost of the advertising.
I don't think being a paid advertiser costs that much and it is certainly not worth getting banned for!
The other option is to let Mandy do the advertising for the fundraiser because she already is a paid advertiser.

Rules are rules and I'm sure Kerry will do what she needs to do to get back in the good books of the people who run this site, but I have to say that I am absolutely floored that she would ever be banned. What is the world coming to?! Given what she and Mandy have done to help a few families with the cooperation of the people who read this board, I find it very disappointing that she would be banned for something so mundane.
Guys PERB is a business and well run busineses do not have a huge social concience. They have bills to pay too and their suppliers don't give a dam about social concience also because it won't pay their bills. All she has to do is kiss and make up with the owners of PERB and this whole thing will presumably go away.
Without diminishing the wonderful charity that the ladies have developed here it goes without saying that they also run a business. The charity is not that they gave $1500 to the unfortunate but rather collected and delivered it. They gave their time procuring it and rewarding a lucky donor at their cost but frankly I see this as as a balance of both good business and charity on their part.

I was banned twice for advertising in Calgary to see my best friend,and stated "e-mail me for pics" then "it was "I'll be there for the March Break",and then Perb do not have a individual management area
so that Mucks things up...(Kerry)she will be back in no time I was ..but you have to be very careful of what you say on his board at all times...Everything is classified as advertising almost..it is cheap but maybe some girls do not want nothing to do with the perb scenario..becaude EC is Canada wide...I have seen many members that totally think this board is ridiculous..but on the other hand if their statistics our right it may be worth it..I'll give it a go only as a business point of view...As far as charity there is no" heart" because she was banned by the time the season is over she will be back unless she is low profile Merry X-mas-Happy New Year to all the members out there....and a prosperous New Year to the girls on Perb...Chantal Hugs and Kisses...PS Fred Zen Is not the easiest person to get a whole of..I've trying for days now so how can a girl win

The rules are the rules but I agree they need to be applied consistently and fairly. I also hope there isn't a misunderstanding.
If you look at Kerry's posts she posted this month about the lottery with Mandy and about her holiday special. Before that she hadn't posted since May. It makes the idea that she had been repeatedly warned a little bit hard to believe. Also, In april there is a post from her to Modicus about this where she says she was a paid advertiser, but that for some reason her name didn't come up Red. At that time her banner ad was actually running on PERB.
