Ghonnorea or herpes will be the first thing you are likely to get, and then give.
Ghonnorea can be treated with antibiotics; herpes will require viral suppressants and will take 10 years or longer to burn out. Remember, cold sores are exactly the same herpes as genital herpes, just misplaced.
Just to add my 2cents... BBBJ can give the sp any number of nasties in her throat, syphilis, gonnorhea, chlamydia, all cureable but nasty none-the-less. As far as herpes are concerned, studies find that oral to genital transmission is easier and more likely than genital to oral, but it can still happen. HIV can definitley be passed orally, not necessarily through the digestive system, but through open sores in the mouth. Don't floss prior to DATY or BBBJ if you chose to take the risk due to the virus entering the bloodstream through the gums.
