Indi or Agency?

Hey guys. Which is riskier for the client? Using an agency or an independent provider? Do agencies typically keep a record of their clientiel's personal information that could be confiscated by LE, possibly years later?

I have tried agencies only so far. I guess its the same kinda risky if u ask me for both indi and agencies...just because they are somebody u never met before. So far (touch wood), I didnt have problems with agencies. They have really destroyed my details after each transaction. Hope this helps.
