If you are being nice to a woman and the principal motivation is hoping this will make you sex worthy, calling this "nice" behaviour is a bit of a stretch. This is aside from the issue that it does not work. Granted, this would seem counter-intuitive, unless one recognizes that the gatekeepers typically place little or no value on the "nice" behaviour.
