I have, on occassion, had good luck finding "companions" in some of Vancouver's better hotel bars -- Sutton, Hotel Van. does this action still exist or is that ancient history.

Yes, I've heard about this as well, this is common at the Four Seasons DT, the Fairmont Hotels, and ones listed in the earlier post.

If you talk to some of the more experienced escorts, they could probably give you information about this. The customers are often out of town travellers or regulars at the bar.

I've also heard that this is a common practice for P/T and semi-retired SPs.
