Ok I have a problem. When I first moved to Vancouver I worked at an outcall agency called Vancouver Elite. I was there for about 2 months. I quit & told them to remove my pic's from all sites they have them on. This was in JUNE. But they won't remove them. I've called & emailed & they said they would remove them but it's December & they're still on at least 5 different sites. (With their phone # & email address under the name Robyn.) I've email some of the sites asking them to remove them but nothing so far. Does anyone know what I can do? How do I make them take them down? A Lawyer? Any idea's? I never showed them I.D or signed anything with them. They do not have my consent! (obviously)

I think though, that if you didn't sign a release form for those pictures, giving them the right to put them on their website, you might have some kind of case. My only suggestion would be to consult a lawyer about this, as you already mentioned, hopefully there is something that can be done. I sure hope this works out for you.
All around sound advice. But I bet the price of the letter is more like ten times as much! If you think Swedish Touch has high rates for little service - try a medium to large size law firm!reddog said:

If you didn't sign a thing, you would think they can't keep on using you photo's. Call a lawyer to get advice. You might want to check if there is a place you can contact who may give you some free advice first.
