Fantasy Massage: New Girls

I have Big News. Jesse, the Owner of Fantasy, has taken many of the things that she has heard on the PERB to heart and has made the following significant moves:

1. Raquel, Mariah, Kassidy, and Kylie are now gone.

2. Rosanna is returning and she has got her life back in order. For many of us this is great news. She is one hot SP!

3. Jesse has recruited a mature Newbie (early thirties) who is blonde, green eyes, well-endowed, 5' 6" and a Psychology Major. Given the Thread regarding EuroSpa the last few days, maybe we can get her to do some counselling.

4. Jackie is also working on getting another popular 20 year old SP to come work for her as well.

Personally, I applaud these moves and I think it will continue to make Fantasy the "New York Yankees" of the MP business. The Girls leaving, at least for me, were the least interested in customer service. I know YMMV but my experiences include all of them except Kylie and I never intended to amy of them again. I was a big Rosanna fan and I know many a PERBite who has been pining since she left, went to Cove and then exited the business.
I have not met the mature Newbie and for that reason it intriques me. The other Girl, she has not been able to confirm as yet, has had good reviews by a few PERBites and I did have a session with her that was memorable - cute, good attitude and OK service. That session was very early on in her career.

Stay tuned this weekend for more news on Fantasy and look forward to a major Website update of the Girls, their profiles and their pictures in about a month. It has always been Jackie's M.O. to give the Newbies a month before she starts to make web changes to avoid extra cost unnecessarily.

Could someone please float me a Pooner's Loan (wink)? Right now I am about willing to pay Credit Card rates (LOL)! It will kill me to miss out on all this action ( :>)!

Ya just made my day buddy, with the news of Rosanna returning. You too Wolvie with that picture. She is SUCH a gorgeous lady and SUCH a sweetheart. She is total class and I absolutely ADORE her. As far as all those threads about going out with SP etc. Call me what you want, all of those who do not believe in that but I'd go out with Rosanna in a heartbeat.

am ready for a session with any of "My Girls" - you included. I probably am the most biased fan of Jesse's Fantasy Massage. Hell, its where I first met you and I certainly have received excellent service and mucho pleasure therefrom over the years it has been in existence.

Some of my "Fantasy Favorites" just from memory - Diana, Alexandria (yourself) , Sharmaine, Ariel, Shawna, Sydney, Fiona, Jesse (herself), Katrina, Sara, Virginia, Myah, Gina, Rosanna, and I have no doubt missed a few. IMHO that is an impressive line up!

I know some of "My Girls" would likley give me a "Freebie" right now, but I am too proud to accept at this time. I will get my cash flow fixed up (or I will likley come begging (wink)) and I will be back with a passion that can only be handled by "My Girls". In the interim, I will just cry in my beer.

it is always a difficult situation between an Owner and her Staff in this Indusrty. It is an obvious fact, in my experience, that the competition for the same Pooners, the variety of different lifestyles involved and the difficulty related to "all hen office workers" takes its toll.

In the main stream business world most "all hen office worker" environments are very difficulty. I have consulted in numerous situations like this in my career and often the only resolve is to remove the Attitudes that are poisoning the environment. I do not know if that was the case here, but it often is.

Or perhaps throw in a Rooster or two (winK). I know I would certainly volunteer myself (LOL). Problem is no one is likely to take me up on the offer and I don't deal well with rejection either.

Wow this business seems ruthless with all the firings. I mean it's not like these ladies are selling cars. There's gotta be some hurt feelings. I'm not trying to criticize, just empathize.

The thing to keep in mind is that in the vast majority of cases the moving of staff is not related to work performance as in their ability to generate revenue but in their ability to get along with the rest of the girls. If the staff are on edge it will rub off on the customers, if the staff is happy then we'll all be happy.

A Wonderful Sunday afternoon ...

at Fantasy. I pulled my weekly allowance out of Piggy and put it in my pocket and headed for Melanie at Fantasy. This was an "extraordinaire encounter of the best kind". She is always excitig to be with and today was a ride on the "BodyBender". After exhausting every position I have ever seen, read about or been taught, Melanie came up with one right out of Kama Sutra. Lordy what a battle!

I have a long and lusting relationship with this Girl so we were quite comfortable with meeting a Newbie at Fantasy who was visiting the rooms of the experienced Pooners to see what the job is all about. My hat is off once more to Jackie for a novel training approach. What a good idea to allow her to experience fist hand what is expected of her. Her name is Drew and I will provide a brief description of her in the next thread.

Drew who is New @ Fantasy ...

As promised when I started this topic, I have more news to report about Fantasy. I met one of the new Girls today. Her stage name is Drew and this comes about because she looks like Drew Barrymore (in my view a little like Charlize Theron as well). She is an educated Girl earning her way through University in a Psychology program, if I have my facts right.

She is about 5' 5", blonde, busty, curvy figure, pretty face and beautiful green eyes. She was comfortable with me in my Birthday suit and Melanie about to turn me into a pretzel, which is a good introduction to the "shit that she will have to put up with" to keep us Pooner's happy. IMHO she is yet another Ace in an incredible New York Yankee line up.

As I walked out of Fantasy I pulled out the PDA, opened Tasks and typed in (rather shakilly) To Do: Drew. I suggest my fellow PERBites consider doing the same.

More Fantasy news - Room Rate Hike ...

I have been talking to Jesse as of late and she asked for my great financial wisdom (likely, given I cannot even manage my finances well enough to Poon regularely) regarding her increased utilities costs. Thanks to Ralphie's deregulation her utility costs have increased by 40% over the last two years.

In my great financial wisdom, I told her there were only three alternatives:

1. Do nothing and eventually shut down (God forbid);
1. Go back to the old 30 minute room fee at $25 (yuck); or
2. Increase the room fee to $30 for all visits of up to an hour (bearable).

I also told her as a long time Customer, a PERBite and a bankrupt, I would hope that she choses number 3.

In fact she has made her decision effective tomorrow to make the fee $30 for up to one hour. I hope my fellow PERBites think that was the best choice as well. If not, I will resign my position as unofficial financial advisor ("UFA"). Mikey, if I do resign as UFA, I am going to campaign for either "Director of Duoing" ("DoD")or "Director and Protector of Melanie" DPoM (punn not intentional). So you better vote in my favor on this one or you will lose the other positions that you have so successfully achieved in the last few weeks.

I think that everyone especially Jesse' would agree, do you really want a client who would not be willing to shell out an extra fiver just so he can enjoy the fine stable of SP's at the best MP in the city?? I don't see anyone turning their car around and heading to Sweets for their crap just to save five bucks.
