Couple charged after eating cat
Windsor, Ontario - A man & woman, both in their 20's, who told police they cooked & ate a cat because they were hungry have been charged criminally with killing an animal.
"I'm glad," said Allan Huges, whose family pet Prowler is believed to be the animal that was boiled in a pot.
The remains were found in the refigerator & garbage of the neighbor who lived across the street from Hughes.
"The bottom line is, they said they were hungry," a police spokesman said.
