East coast SP vs West coast SP's

I've been reading alot of reviews of SP's in the east. Now my question is.. Why do all the East coasters take your load down the hatch where as our lovely West coasters have higher restrictions? where does this menu seperation come from? Is there a reason?

Do they swallow too? I heard montreal SP's were the hottest... if I ever get there this summer, a 3-some with a montreal SP was supposed to be my Christmas present and my coming out of retirement party .

They all seem to do BBBJ... and a fair percentage will CIM... They also have some very good web designers out there... I think we need to pick it up slack.
