I do not know if many of you go to Earls, SkyBar, The Met or Cowboys but I would have to say the the ladies are Earls are some of the best I have seen in this town. I thought Fuel has some nice ones but the crop at Earls gets the 9in thumbs up from me!!!! They are truely stunning.

In past visits to Calgary I have found the staff at the Eau Claire Joey Tomatos to also be right up there.

I have noticed recently that Joey's in Calgary has more dudes working...huge error on their part.
I work in the oil industry and am around males all day. The last thing I want is some scrawny dude serving me my food after a long work day. On a few occasions me and my friends have left when seated at a table serviced by some guy.
Is is acceptable to explain this to the hostess upon being seated...Your thoughts ladies and gentlemen.

Earl's uses a modeling agency to hire/cast the waitress staff.
Majority are tall, gorgeous, usually blonde, very chatty. All are "hit on" on a daily basis.

I'll be glad to pass on to some of my waitress freinds at Earls here this info. Most of them are attending university of Calgary, and only doing it to supplement their tuition otherwise they wouldnt be there just providing eye candy.

Makes for great scenery for the male customers, but not necessarily the most ethical business practice.

As a businessman that puts in a 100-hour plus work week on a regular basis, one motivating factor that prompts myself or colleagues to attend a particular restaurant is its beautiful women....
We need these girls who look after themselves (georgeous, young, spinners) in places like Earl's or Joey's. The dudes can get jobs as dishwashers or prep cooks(this is where they should be)
For females less attractive going to school, there are places like Perkins, Husky, or the Road King where they can work. They will receive better tips from the Blue Collar clientele in these places who tend to have different tastes in women.
From a business standpoint....Earl's, Joey's, Cactus Club, etc. must hire beautiful women to serve the their clientele...Better cash flow ant tips for the ladies is a factor as well.
There is something more appatizing about having an attractive young spinner serving me as opposed to some sloppy chick or some skinny dude who looks like he just finished pulling his wand in the washroom.
