I've heard mention of this before..but how does the referer know that the referee(does that make fucking sense??)isn't 5-0?I doubt this method of screening is fool-proof.

How about 'Referrer" and "Referred" ?

Would I refer someone I don't know personally? such as a fellow-perbite that I only know on here? I guess it can be risky. They may trust a trustworthy client, but the 'Referred' may indeed be 5-0 from? Then what? They get busted .. closed down or maybe fined. The Referrer probably banned (almost as bad as being banned from Perb?) They have been raided in the past ..heck, even EB/TO has been raided! much to the anger of the owner!

Anyone hear of an indy being busted in this fine city? I guess it is possible.
Can a cop pose as an indy and charge a client?
