Not for the Canucks. Their season is just about over.

No offense.....averaging 1.8 goals for in the playoffs....Horrible!!
They had better figure out how to improve this DAMN offense in the off season.
To much old blood still here. They need to Lose some players up front.
We're started with a fabulous Goalie, a decent defense....now we need to work up front! We're almost there people --but not with the forwards we have!

Yep another one in the tank after what looked like a great game but they
decided to sit on the lead and as usual you know where that gets the
Nuckle heads. They are so adept at finding more ways to lose than they
do to win. **shaking head in usual disgust** after one of their better
efforts of the playoffs.

Hell, we only need 3 straight to put the Ducks in the roaster.

Sad really.

I want them to lose.

I would rather they lose the next game then extend the pain.
Put a fork in them thier done!!!!!!!

Nasland must go. Dare I say it. 6 million for that!!! Ha
Morrison as well. Trade them both to Tampa Bay for Marty St louis (Free Agent) or one of the other kids in Tampa.

Trade 6 million dollar players.

Get a better back up goalie too. What if Longo gets hurt?

Got to do something. We are actually just a good second line away form a cup i think.

Why are the Canucks like Possums?

Why are the Canucks like Possums?

Because they play dead at home and get killed on the road!

why would anyone want two overpaid underachievers? It's not as easy as it sounds to get rid of guys now. They might be stuck with them until their contracts are up and let them go as free agents. Wait until it's officially over until the lynch mob is formed and the team is restructured.

Sorry to see the loss ... they should have found a way to preserve the Win ..
I gave up after game 1 ... but they were in the last 4 games ... more offence needed ... everyone think back to September and what EVERYONE's expectations were ... what the hell is a Biexa or a Pyatt ... now in Round 2 , Game 5 ... hopefully to Game 7 (at least ... but I realize doubtful) ... keep the excitment going for at least a few more games ... tinker with the forwards in the off season ... in the meantime ... GO CANUCKS !!!

ryan smith with the sedins would be AWESOME!

smith is a 'go to the net at any cost' kind of guy
and doesn't have a lot of those years left in him ...
but it would be a great outlet for those nice passes.

Naslund has been an anchor since he got the C ... check
his stats, and its been downhill all the way ...

And for those Brian Burke lovers, he was the asshole who
signed Clouts and Nazzie to those rich deals when they
should have been driven to the airport.

Even if we're stuck with Morry and Cooke, they aren't
that bad together ... Morrison's stats have gone way
down without Cooke, so if we're stuck with them, at least
have them play together.

But what do you do about shit-luck? The nucks had just
as many shots as the Ducks but they ended up everywhere
but in the net? Is that fatigue? Lack of skill? What?

The nucks deserve credit for being here (I didn't even think
they'd make the playoffs) and credit for icing a team that is
more moose than anything else.

If nothing else, this team has played with heart and determination
that hasn't been seen since that shitbucket messier fucked up the
team.

Listening to the radio at lunch and there's a report out of Philadelphia that the flyers will aggressively pursue Taylor Pyatt in the summer. I don't know what to think...if we can re-sign him for under 2mil a season then he's worth it IMO. If Nonis wants to keep inserting a new player every year as a finisher with the Sedins his luck will run out sooner or later. Pyatt has a lot more upside than Carter and realizes his worth. He knows he needs at least another 20+ goal season or two before any decent money (2.5mil +) comes his way.
