Back in the day when the club and bar scene was in my general sphere of influence (remember the Anchor? - always had success there), my line that seemed to work more than it didn't, after some pleasantries was along the lines of:
"Do you really want to be here? Or somewhere else?"
Was a bit more serious than the old:
"Hi, you know I just got a pound of cocaine back at my place - wanna come over?"
