Clear history icon (shortcut) on toolbar?

OK, I'm lazy. I use IE 6.0 and I like to clear history whenever I'm finished with Explorer.

I know I can go to tools/options/clear history and I can set clear history to 0 days.

My question is there any way I can put a "clear history" icon on my toolbar?
It would be nice to have that shortcut.

Try using Crap Cleaner. It's a free download. Google search "ccleaner" for website and more info.

Add the program to the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.

One click to open the program, another click to run the program, and last click to exit. Not quite the shortcut you're looking for but close enough.

I've been using this for about a year and it works great in removing surfing history. Use it everytime after exiting IE.

Not quite what I was looking for. I would like to eliminate the steps/clicks. One click - history is cleared.

I had a quick look and I am not an expert but it does not seem that there is a short cut for that, but it would be handy

I found a tool that is free. It is http://www.unhsolutions.net/IEPK/index.shtml
You can set the program to clear the history automatically when you close the browser. Works great.
