A reasonable point, but most subs take that "chance" always....it is not uncommon for the Top to force the bottom to wear undergarments of the opposite sex to reinforce their place with respect to their Superior. It's also a bit of the thrill....knowing that you run the risk of being exposed in catastrophic circumstances. I am sure, nay positive, that Emergency Room admission personnel have a long catalogue of "strange" things that they have seen over the years. The degree of intestinal fortitude they require to do their job on a daily basis is beyond my comprehension...as far as I am concerned, they cannot be paid enough to do what they do. A cock cage is likely to, at most, raise an eyebrow. Besides....who better to trust with it's emergency removal than the medical community??....I doubt they would employ bolt cutters...unless, of course, one of the nurses/doctors had a delightfully sadistic side and wished to exercise it for the hell of it.
