Canucks Ticket

Good luck getting any seats thru TicketBastard. They don't have 2 seats together for any games except Nov 2 (I only checked up to January), so 4 seats together is a tough sell.
The only options I can think of are:
1) overpaying those scoundrel ticket broker places
2) overpaying those soundrel ticket scalpers outside GM Place (possible upside: wait until the puck drops & the price should decrease quickly)
3) win two separate Ebay auctions, each one being for 2 tickets together. This way at least each half of your group sits together (and actually gets tickets for a game) instead of nobody in the group getting any tickets.

ok first of all...for the record. i think all scalpers should be dragged out into the street and shot. or scalped. i cant think of a lower profession than scalping. well maybe slinging double doubles at a tim hortons, but that's a different rant for a different time.
anyways.
if you're looking for canucks tickets you need to do some digging around. you can check the usual outlets. ticketmaster, prime seat club, various scalping agencies around town. then there's the buy and sell, classified sections in the local rags, and then there's the message boards around vancouver, such as this one, only there's less talk of sex, and pooning, and tales of midget strippers and too much to drink. i know, i know, i don't like it anymore than you guys but we're looking for tickets so let's stick to the task at hand.
so. back to these message boards. check out craigslist.org, revscene.net, vwdov.ca, vancouvercivics.com (or net i dont recall), and if i remember anymore ill post them. there are tickets being tossed about not only to canuck games, but to other events in van as well. most of them are kind, hard working, honest, dignified, reverant, and integral people...like you and me....but hey, the odd scalper oozes his way through once and awhile...but they're easy to spot.

a bunch of people cannot make it in the last minute usually post it there....
