If anyone can help me out, here's what I'm looking for:

Actually, DON'T spare us the bad experiences. This board is about the good, the bad, and the ugly. Before PERB, I saw more than my share of the latter two categories. Since PERB, my overall enjoyment factor has gone way up.

That said, I've wriiten more than a few reviews of crappy service. But there's been far more about the good times!
