The classic (dare I say, "iconic") graphic novel is finally being adapted as an animated movie!
I believe the Blu Ray is scheduled for release on August 2 but it will play in theaters one night only on July 25th.

SYNOPSIS
As Batman hunts for the escaped Joker, the Clown Prince of Crime attacks the Gordon family to prove a diabolical point mirroring his own fall into madness.
BvS was one of the worst comic book movies I ever saw. Ponderous pace, uninteresting characters, no action...I walked out at the 2 hour mark.
It was definitely dark and long (3 hours). I downloaded for free using bit torrents. It was a 3.65 gig mp4 file so video quality was very good on my plasma. But I'm glad I got it for free and not $15 in the theater.

The blu ray has been out for weeks now but if anyone was still interested in seeing The Killing Joke on the big screen, The Rio has it scheduled for 11:30 tonight.
