You're welcome.

To ensure it survives my ultimate demise, just right click on the photo and save it to your own hard drive. Then either upload it to your own photo storage site, or directly to PERB (through "Edit Options" in your control panel) as your updated avatar. The file is small enough that it will meet all of PERBs stringent and parsimonious upload criteria.

i have an animated avitar that i use other places but is 100X100.

i open it in image ready and i can resesize but it only lets me save it in photoshop psd format

what do i do??????????

First go to the Image menu and select "Image Size". Resize it to whatever size you want. Then go the the File menu and select "Save Optimized", or "Save Optimised As". Should work like a charm.
