Did you ask if they would for the last appt of the evening? I got a similar response when I asked about a reverse, the attendant said she likes those at the end of the shift otherwise she feels all sleepy and has a shift to complete.

No, I never asked about last session. I was just so shocked that out of 10 studios, noone would step into a shower.
