My experiences with Covergirls
has been the exact opposite to HeMadeMeDoIt's. Over the past couple of years, my numerous reviews of providers from CG reflects my continuous satisfaction with CG's services and Jennifer's customer service response (when rarely called upon by me).
That being said, I do know that the agency's reputation can suffer with an unattenetive (or overbusy and ill-organized) phone girl. Should that occur, the problem is usually addressed swiftly by Jennifer. That's been my experience so I don't understand the poster's problem. Has he had continual issues with complaints to CG and, if so, he obviously should move on. I'm not suggesting that is the case, but I throw my two bits' worth in, as to being a regular and satisfied client of CG.
