I keep seeing this massage parlour up for sale on a realtors website, yet it seems to ring bells with me as the location (or at least the old location) of The Den...or whatever it's called.

Am I crazy or is this "massage parlour" for sale really what I think it is? I'm not interested in purchasing it, personally, but perhaps someone out in perbland is. I'm just curious, as every time I see the add I have to chuckle.

I think it's under Royal Leplage or Remax... try searching the greater vancouver area for listings 90,000 or less.

540 is Lavanda, formerly The Den. Never gone myself but walk by it all the time. Near where I work.

It is lavanda owned by a russian girl but I think it is sold again.

Lavanda was owned by the same girl that owned a MP in Richmond on Cambie.

... and that MP on Cambie was Toh Far Studio. That one closed down and the owner took over The Den. She told me business was too slow in that part of Richmond.

I remember that. They were still open - the front door was left locked and they used the back to let people in.

I'm pretty sure she's out of the business entirely. I got a massage from her once - definitely the most talented masseuse there too bad it wasn't a "complete" .

Lavanda was definitely worse than Toh Far - possibly I just had bad luck with my choice for that day.
