Depends who you get it from. Extremely rare to get the real thing. Pretty much get a washed down version with no real comparison.

From my experience, it's usually just their normal routine + warm and cold water bbbj/rimming/msog/catbath with water in their mouth. So it's not really worth it as you don't really know which combo they will work into their routine, though rimming and msog are usually part of it. IMO not really worth it bc I can't get 2 shots out in the hour, and I don't really care for rimming.
What exactly is it? I've seem it mentioned in ads multiple times and I've never seen any description of what it is.
It's the name of a service that I kind of described up there. Like how Nuru is a name for a type of service. If you want to know exactly what it is, try searching the forum. I believe someone had a better and more detail explanation. But mine is more of a what you actual get here in BC. Or try texting whoever is offering it.
I did, actually. I asked what it was, and they said they don't do it..... despite it being in their ad.
There have been pretty good attempts in Perb to attempt an in depth explanation of the service. If I were more tech savvy I would insert the explanation here. Since I'm not....I would suggest googling it and get your answers.
The best provider I have seen on Vancouver is Iris (6018). She has apparently been classicly trained in China and my experience was absolutely heavenly. You must be prepared to leave it to Iris.

Nuru is lots of bodysliding skin to skin contact....very enjoyable. Donnguan is more of rimming, bj stuff and leaning more to FS but you can just tell her you want a HJ or BJ finish but get the details sorted out before you start. Good luck !
I tried dongguan for the first time this past week with Nova @ Daynight after reading a review on this board. Booker indicated she does both nuru and dongguan. Great experience and will definitely repeat again.

I’ve had something close to it in an Asian incall in New York that was set up with the appropriate shower bed etc. Here it is basically what you get if you pay for rim, cim, and msog as extras. First shot from cim, second from fucking. Depending on the provider or agency it sometimes nets out a little less expensively than if you pay for each as an extra, so sometimes I go for it, as it’s the set of services I go for. Really miss the days when I lived in TO and that was all included as part of an hours booking at $260!

You might save $20 or $40 compared to adding things a la carte.
I simply look at it as girls/agencies trying to make an extra $ out of clients
