Years ago, there was a contributing member of this forum who I believe was a straight male SP. I recall the handle but I'm not sure whether or not his history was deleted when he left.

Dan Savage says there is no such career, the demand is minuscule comparing to the number of wannabees.
One situation this kind of works is when a male pairs up with a female SP to offer MFM for men, or services for hetero couples. Still a long shot to make decent money. A variation of this is webcamming by a couple, apparently it makes more money than a single girl.
Of course, you'd need a girl to work with you for those scenarios. I remember one of those "gigolos" was hitting on an SP on twitter with an offer to work together. Kinda pathetic.
