Be direct. If friendship isn't what you want from any of these girls, losing them as "friends" won't be much of a loss anyways. You probably have to do a lot of bullshit you wouldn't normally do while hanging out with these girls as "friends", things you do with a girl when she's having sex with you, like shopping and shit.
The key to getting women is to avoid the friend zone entirely unless that's what you actually want.
Fortunately or unfortunately, we live in a highly competitive, market-driven world where power is king. On average, women are drawn to strength, smarts, and size (as in the size of your ego). You fail the first challenge of the bizarre male/female mating dance when you allow her to dominate you. Dominate you without getting laid I mean.
Sit beside her on a couch or bench, something where you can touch each other, not at a kitchen table or anything like that, look her directly in the eyes and say in your most masculine, unwavering voice "I want to fuck you." Practice the line in the mirror until you feel comfortable and don't giggle. This way you can do it slightly inebriated.
