This isn't a major item, but more annoying then anything.
My IP is SHAW and in saying that, my primary email address is XXX@shaw.ca. There is somebody else out there who is using my email address and ordering songs from iTunes on a continuous basis. When they do place their order, I am sent a copy of their receipt to my email address.
I've tried:
- calling Shaw (wait time is 1-2 hours and I gave up)
- creating a rule in Outlook that when I recieve an email from iTunes to have it deleted. Outlook comes back with a message 'You don't have permission to delete this message".
I don't know what else to do. It does show the persons name and address, but when I did a search on them (they are also in Edmonton), I can't find their number.
Any suggestions? Perhaps a techie in the audience can give me an idea.
thanks,
Cruiser
