About three weeks ago my Nevada buddy was gloating about all the hot young girls at Nevadas and rubbing me about what I was missing, I saw him last night and he was down in the dumps because they were all gone,seems like the (mature) ladies didnt like the young hotties coming in and taking all the sessions so they had to go, to me it would be a lot like the Jets getting rid of there best players so the less talented would get more playing time

I don't think it has anything to do with the mature ladies. It really was a number of reasons partly managements fault and partly the girls fault.
Many of the girls are into partying, drugs, and drinking. That is to be said about a lot of the escorts everywhere in Winnipeg though. Then they don't show up to work and get fined or fired.
Management fines the girls too much. They also make the popular girls work a lot of hours which they don't want to do. Some girls want more money and less hours which they can get working some where else. Lastly some girls just don't want to work anymore.
Here is a quick run down.
Lisa - Got into a car accident and is currently recovering.
Cherry - Quit the hobby for now.
Jayde - Still working there.
Becky - Just quit don't know where she went.
Courtney - Just quit and no big loss there imo.
Sammy - She is back again a good looking young spinner. No clue what her services are like.
Ashley - She is still there.
Amy - Has left to Broadways.
There are new girls working there all the time so it is good to check out regularly and it is still my favorite place to go.
If Eric had half a brain he'd just hire someone to clean the place instead of making the girls do a lot of that stuff but most of the girls are pretty unreliable and quit or act up until they get fired every few months regardless. The older ones aren't driving them away. Also I can't think of very many quality girls that have left there and gone to Broadways who didn't want to come back within a few months
Apparently it was a couple of girls that left that made that claim, I do know that the fines are a lot harsher for the younger girls

It can be hard to notice but, many girls leave broadways also including many that were once working at Nevada’s. They don't last more then one shift so you just don't notice it. Granted there are some that were at Nevada that went to broadways to last a very long time. Some also go the other way from broadways to Nevada but normally the don't last long ever at Nevada if they go that way.
In any case there are issues on both the SP and the management of the MP.
If you went to a city like Edmonton you would realize that many of our issues are addressed by the MP. The big issue is we don't have many massage parlours. The ones we have are lacking majorly in one way or another because of lack of competition. This also is a issue for many of our independent SP's as they are lacking MP competition.
The fines are not just for cleaning it is for no shows and many other things. The girls want to party and then can't go to work the next day. The girls might have real life issues and don't go to work only to get fined making them not want to work anymore. The fines can be crazy high to enforce the rules. However they also make the place very profitable for the owners.
They have rules about cell phone use but, not just while in session also when not in session etc.
Anyways my theory is their is a limit to their greed and if the place becomes really busy the fines would stop being so high and frequent. Right now with christmas coming up and the lack of good girls the fines are going to increase for the girls. In the summer is when the place is doing good with great girls etc. More hot women = they don't have to work as many shifts and the fines are less. The hot women hire the other women to do their room cleaning. Did I mention that many of the SP's were lazy.
Anyways for us Nevada is the place to go and only gets better when more of us do.
Broadways isn't really managed the owner just yells a lot and gets mad. Some girls get fired and that is about it. Many smoke etc. and do what ever right inside the place.
The point I keep trying to make is the management is supposed to make their money at the door to keep taking money that the ladies have earned is wrong, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out if they kept the hotter girls around their would be considerably more business, their is no question that the younger girls are more flighty but if management was more flexible it might solve a lot of problems,Jesse once vented to me that the young ones are so damm unreliable but thats what you guys want so what do I do, she must have found the answer because she always had a number of young hotties around along with some more mature ladies, thats the way it should be different ladies for different tastes
What would the expected reaction be if you were fined $200 for coming in late and you didn't even make that amount by the end of the day? Or a child is ill and you have to miss a shift to stay home with the child, only to be fined for not showing even tho you have a legitimate reason? There may be reasons for some fines but there are many fines without reason -- money grab by management. As a result, if you come early for an appointment and wait outside you can see a few clients enter to view the lineup and quickly leave. Then where to go? Not many options in the city.

All the more reason to spend our hard earned cash on the few local gems we have that advertise on EC, before these girls pack it in as well. Personally I have issues with supporting a business that treats their employees like crap and could not care less about the environment and or cleanliness and upkeep of the building in the case of BW and ML. My money will always go to the few good independents we have.
Once again many independants also have issues drugs is one of many for some of them. Another has a crazy ex boyfriend (that would be lil courtney) that might actually stock and kill you. Other issues are they cancel appointments because well they were out too late having fun etc. Trust me I know how easily they blow off a client as sometimes I am right there while they are doing it. You don't need to have unsafe sex to be unsafe if you get my meaning?
I am not the guy that had a bad time I am the guy who might be a friend to a SP seeing what she does on the sidelines.
My whole point is every situation with the exception of a small few like Holland, Sabrina, Liana, and Zoe have issues. Even Sabrina had issues in the past.
My whole point in saying stick to and support our local gems before they decide to move on because we are spending our hard earned money elsewhere! I could not agree more with your listed ladies above all great gems of Wpg.
She is still around. Only a selective few she see's from Nevada's. I am one of the lucky ones!

Cherry isn't even in town and is going through a lot of things right now. I doubt she will be back in this business.
