I have had a craving for some veggie samosas recently.

I usually head to Baha'i Sweets at 41st and Fraser where these tasty and filling treats are $0.75 each.

Also on Lonsdale is an Indian Fusion place that's in my book awesome.

Rangoli and Vij's are well known places on Granville St too.

Where are your fav places? Can be any low cost hole in the wall or any nice place you know.

You've got a couple of good ones on the North Shore B3....Pawans Indian Kitchen and the one you mentioned Indian Fusion Restaurant, both on Lonsdale.

There's so many Indian Restaurants in Vancouver, maybe too many and many misses. A new one on the Fairview slopes that I like is Delhi 6 Indian Bistro. Exceptional service and top notch dishes!!

MMmmmmmmmmmm...fresh nan bread with butter, dangerous.

Clay oven in Winnipeg, I like their butter chicken.
You need to try Sizzling Dhaba on St. Anne's road. awesome butter chicken, excellent beef vindaloo, great fish pakora, etc etc etc....buffet for $16.00. :)

Little, family-run place, out of the mainstream, and all by itself - Madras Dosa House 5600 block Fraser just north of 41st. Sometimes the service is iffy, but great food.

Tasty Indian Bistro and Mirch Masala both in Delta on Scott Rd are usually my go to places. Tasty's is nice from the inside, has a Cactus feel to it.

India bistro has all you can eat during mornings for 15 bucks. Its pretty decent, amazing fluffy naan.

I also like anjali's dosa garden in surrey. Its very underrated, their mango lassi and chapati are great. And their chicken 69 and lamb biryani

Mezbaan on the Vancouver side of Kingsway near Boundary was pretty good.

Buffet lunch was tasty and the place filled up quickly with locals. I see their reviews are mostly 4's.

I recall the price with tip was sub $15.

Butter chicken is pretty much the only thing I can eat at an Indian restaurant. I find that Mirch Masala in Surrey has the best butter chicken I've had yet.

Any establishment that doesn't make me piss through my ass-hole later the same night!
Love Indian food- just not out. At home- never a problem.
Not sure why- too much butter or other grease in the mix????

Palki, just off Lonsdale, on 15th, is fantastic! Their butter chicken is to die for. They have won several North Shore voter awards in the past and have a 4 star rating on Yelp.
