Something i have read here many times is how expensive an outcall location is for the SP in a large city.
So for a while now i have wondered why those unhappy with their job, or ready for a change of life, or whatever the reason maybe, don't provide an incall as their new work.
For example buy two condo units in a building. Live in one and rent the by the hour. Between calls run over and change out the sheets and towels, and take back to where you live to wash them.
Charge say $50 for an hour and for longer times $40 for each additional consecutive hour. Would seem like a win win for both sides. Lets use just 6 calls of 1 hour per day, is $300 times 30 days is $9,000 month.
Just been wondering is all.
Minimal work load.
And would even allow a side gig like computer work or such on the side.
