guys - need a recommendation for a new bookie in vancouver. I bet $3 to $4 grand a weekend on NFL and while I dont expect him to pick up my dry cleaning or paint my house, but I do expect him not to be an asshole. Please PM if any of you have a recommendation.

Please enlighten us on the goofs your former bookie has made. And holy shit, $3-4K a week on NFL bets? Oh fuck here I get worried about laying down more than $20 on lottery tickets.

its more his attitude and customer service that bugs me. I usually bet on four to six games a weekend. He never calls with the game time final spreads, never gives the currrent account balance ("uh, I need to go figure that out") and just generally is a dickhead.

Gees with customer service skills like that he should be computer repair technician. I have yet to meet one that was good at interacting with a customer.

Actually how do you bet and win on nfl. With so called parity me and my friends just break even or lose consistantly even when betting on so called farorites but mostly on a oddset of 3 or 4 teams. How do you make out

I dont know how you guys can trust an online gaming place to hold hundreds or thousands of your dollars. If they shut down overnight are you going to call the police or FBI and say help me find my money?

That shit sounds risky as hell. If you're just gaming online a few bucks for entertainment thats fine but thousands is just dumb.

Your right SDM. It isnt his specific responsibility but the good ones go out of their way to keep a client, similar to how the good SPs make an extra effort for their steady clients.

Hey Rattle - thats why I like betting NFL. I can have a lot of excitement, put some money at risk, but because of parity over the course of the season betting $4grand a weekend I usually end up or down only a couple of grand. Anyone who tells you they are a consistent winner at betting on the NLF is lieing to you.

hmmmm...let me see bet with $1000's with some bookie who is an "asshole" or you may never see again if you do win big or bet on-line....hmmmm,i'll take my chances on-line.I 've been betting on-line for 5 years never had a problem collecting my winnings...
btw-what does parity have to do with winning or losing bets?
unless you bet the favourites all the time, which is pure stupidity...
