    Has anyone tried to...

... post a comment in an advertising thread and been blocked lately? This is not a "locked" thread I'm talking about but I tried at least five times and it would not take. Is this one of the recent software enhancements around here? Perhaps one of the mods could offer some insight here?

As you know Moderator, I am not an advertiser. If you look at a lot of the posts in the advertising threads, a large percentage of them are made by non-advertisers. So the question is, why are some people able to post while others are blocked? Shouldn't the same rules apply to everyone?

Maybe that has changed? In short what I am saying is why is it a big deal?

The advertisers can put up their advertisments, If you want to put a review or a question up go ahead, in the proper forum.

If it has changed then no big deal, Moderator. So just to clarify my understanding is, that going forward, only advertisers can post in the advertising section?

If it won't let you post in the forum I would assume that is the policy, Check with Admin or Fred. We Mods don't make the rules.
