Usually, when the person I am calling wants my number displayed I get a message that states specifically that the number does not receive blocked calls. I didn't clue in this time because of the different message.

The message you are getting sounds more like the cel phone is off or that the voicemail box is full. The call display msg usually says the caller does not accept blocked calls. I get a lot of these in my line of work.

I called a few times and had the same result. However I did get through once and a dude answered muttered something and hung up.
I never called since.

That ad has been up forever, and Chrissy has never been at that number. It's wierd.

I get the feeling that the ad serves some alternate purpose. I'm not a real believer in most conspiracy theories, but the ad has stayed on Urbanights and someone other than Chrissy continues to answer the phone and relate the same message that there is no one their by that name.
