    Question LE question

just a quick question for those who are veterans of the "tracks". What is actually illegal??? Is pulling over and just talking to a SW illegal by itself?? When do you actually cross the line in regards to the law?? Is it when she gets in the car or until you do the dirty deed??

Picking up SW isn't illegal, discussing services in public is. Once shes in the car and driving away you can discuss services all you like, your no longer solicitating in public.

Doing the dirty deed with a SW isn't illegal either its just where you choose to do it that can make it illegal. If you do it in a car you could be arrested for public lewdness. If you go back to a motel/ hotel/ your place you aren't doing anything wrong. If she takes you back to her place technically she could be arrested for running a bawdy house, unlikely though.

If you decide to pick up a SW and are worried about breaking the law the keys are not to discuss anything until shes in your car and not doing the deed in the car. If the cops are being real pricks they may choose to pull you over for the slightest traffic violation so make sure your car is in good mechanical order and you obey all the rules of the road.

I'm not speaking from experience, but I believe your car is not considered a private place... ie: Talking about it in the car is illegal too.

Yeah I guess your right bananaboy technically your still in public and breaking the law but for all intents and purposes you are safe. No LE is going to get into your car and drive off with you so they are never going to overhear your conversation. They can't arrest you for what they suspect you might be discussing.

One girl told me she was picked up by a undercover John, and they went back to a hotel and the whole time he kept asking "so, what are we gonna do?" ans she just kept replying "don't worry we'll have a good time" By the time she got to the hotel she explained to me the "John" had asked her that like 1/2 a dozen times.

Finaly she said what he would get for his money, and boom she was busted.

It's my belief that private or not when the direct conversation of sex in exchange for money is reached, if you don't hear no sirens your safe, that goes for both sides.

Once they were back in a hotel room what was there to arrest her for? A hotel room is definately not a public place. Either she said something before they got back to the room or the cop would have to lie on the stand to make the charges stick.

Here's how you stay safe. The risky part is actually stopping the car to talk to a SW. If there is a cop near by, he'll just stop you for being a public nusience, stopping at a no stopping zone, not wearing seatbelt or anything that he can find wrong. His goal is to discourage you and he will try to find any legitimate thing he can find wrong.

Once you stop, don't discuss anything. When the sw asks, do you want a date, ask her to hop in the car. LE will not but rather try to get you to talk.

If she hops in, you can be pretty sure that it will be ok. Of course never 100% sure. So when she asks what you'd like to do, I always ask what's on the menu and what the rates are. I always wait for her to spell it out. It may take a few minutes of discussion, but I always let her bring it up.

    After that, enjoy.

The big risk is that the SW will be an undercover cop. A car is still considered a public place based on court decisions to that effect. Your main risk is that the person you are talking to is LE. I heard one trick is to test if the person is LE by asking to touch a private part - either hers or for her to touch you. Presumably LE will not do that although I would not place too much reliance on that. Personally I have not gone looking for a SW in years due to the legal risks and health concerns re SWs.

Hmm, when I approach a SW in my car I discuss things with her with my window rolled down slightly. Hi looking for some company? How much for a BJ/lay/etc. I guess I better change this tactic.

When I agree and let her in, she asks if I'm a cop or not. I always say, I'll grope you and you grope me. . Then we get on to business in a dark spot...

    some points

A good discussion going on in this thead. Some things to throw into the pot...

All the above mentioned (not negotiating curb side, the grope test) are good points. I know of a fellow cruizer who got busted by LE for having an SW in the car (she was not a decoy) and trust me, they make it a living hell.
One key point is negotiating curb side. To be safe, it is best not to negotiate curbside, but (and I think this topic was discussed before in the distant past on another board) then you run the risk of "paying the SW for her time" or having the negotiations go sour. I had my experiences where the SW got into my car and when I decided to go with her, she turned ballastic (demanding a $20 fee for her time, etc). At least with curbside negotiations, you are step on the gas if you don't get a good vibe from her.

Anyways, I haven't been cruizing for such a long time now, due to the lack of a good street scene and SW selection.
