Attention, my fellow hobbyists.

I have just got a request from Ophelia, who asked me to delete the thread which I started. I believe it is time for this thread to close too. I just want to notify all of you about this matter.

THanks, I hope this is the correct place that I am posting this thread.

Can anyone of you tell me how to delete a thread, I tried to go to the edit button, but there is a message says that the thread is closed and it takes me back to the thread??

Bigdman your thread has already been closed, thats what the padlock over the message icon on the far left hand side means. Nobody can post to this thread anymore so eventually it will disappear from sight.

I don't think you can delete a thread after 24 hours has passed from when you started it. The only way to delete it completely would be to ask Fred to do it for you. Just a word of advice, deleting threads may not make you too popular with some members. You may just want to leave it and it will be out of sight and out of mind soon enough.

Sirlickheralot,

Thank you for the advice. I guess I just have to wait until the thread itself disappears from sight.
