• You should avoid close contact — including sex — with anyone outside your household. If you do have sex with others, have as few partners as possible. If you understand how the virus spreads then relatively safe sex should be possible.
- You can only be infected when the virus enters through your mucus membranes. Wikipedia has interesting info on mucus membranes. Skin does not allow infection.
- Spread is by droplets in the air. These droplets do not float in the air. They drop within 2 meters of the person who fires them out with a cough or sneeze. As long as neither party sneezes, coughs or touches their face there would be little risk.
- The virus lasts hours on a porous surface and a day or two on a hard surface. Infection would require active transfer from the surface to your mucus membrane. (Touch the door knob then your eye, nose or mouth.)
- The virus has not been found in semen, vaginal fluid or urine. It's a respiratory virus and lives in the respiratory tract. It has been found in feces. Your respiratory and digestive tracts are connected.
- If both parties wear a surgical mask there would be little risk to either party or the space they share.

Might as well suggest people just hold their breath throughout the session. Coughing and sneezing and touching their face is what people do. How do you suggest they just not do either of these.- Spread is by droplets in the air. These droplets do not float in the air. They drop within 2 meters of the person who fires them out with a cough or sneeze. As long as neither party sneezes, coughs or touches their face there would be little risk.
