    Great Pharaoh closing temporarily.

this seems inevitable for all of them no?

Wonder how stimulus package will work for these businesses?

I would think it's inevitable. Seems like the government would force them to eventually anyway maybe?

Also wondering how the independent providers will hold up. I've seen some have stopped seeing clients altogether and are just focusing on selling online content while others are just dropping rates and still offering in-person visits.

The thought of the government shutting the spas down crossed my mind, but then also maybe they leave them open as a harm reduction strategy. Seems there could be some advantages. I’ve been on pause for two weeks and won’t be starting back until this blows over but I’m curious about what it’s like for clients and providers these days.

I should rephrase and say "offering specials". But its not like a whole bunch are all doing it at once. I just noticed a few here and there. I didn't make a list though, lol.

I was at Aqua in Langley today. The girl said they are closing tomorow and she doesnt know when they might reopen. Her guess was 2-3 months.

April 3 seems very optimistic for GP. From the reports out there it may be July before we get a reprieve. And some models say we will be back in quarantine again in the fall through next winter.

Walked by Reach today on Broadway. Can’t believe Peter is still working his girls.

He should be shut down. This could get very bad, very very quickly.

Rub n tugs got shut down in Montreal. But I'd say Quebec is taking this more seriously overall.

Unfortunately, most businesses and societies need something bad to happen to "them" for they to change their behaviour
