Long story, but I wound up with a few $100 iTunes gift cards. I don't use iTunes at all.
My boss's email account was hacked - so when I received an email from him to buy gift cards, I did, as it's not an out of the ordinary request to come from him.
But when the email said "peel off the back and send me pictures", I stopped, as I wasn't about to do that. As I was driving to see him that day in any case, I gave him the cards, thinking perhaps he'd use them. (He gets me to buy staff gifts for him fairly regularly.)
He decides not to use them - but only after he's peeled the packaging off. (Why, I have no idea.)
So, now I can't return them, I don't use iTunes gift cards, and I've no idea what to do with them.
It did occur to me to see if any providers out there would be interested in exchange. I would be happy to wait and watch while you load the balance from the cards, proving they are still good! Also, could provide references from SP's who will vouch that I'm not a scammer or in any way looking to take advantage of anyone.
In any case, it just seemed to me a good idea to check out if anyone here would be interested!
