It is a pain in the ass and statistically leads to more accidents due to the time change.I say get rid of it.

You are most welcome to join the progressive West Coast thinking. BC voted for and got laws to abandon time changes (stay on permanent GST). The only delay now is to align with California. While they also voted for the same, I understand they need support from their federal government to implement it.It is a pain in the ass and statistically leads to more accidents due to the time change.I say get rid of it.

WOW....if that causes more accidents......hand in your drivers licence......It is a pain in the ass and statistically leads to more accidents due to the time change.I say get rid of it.

Don’t need a time change at all, it serves no useful purpose.I hope they reverse it. Have daylight savings in winter and time change for summer. We don't need sunlight at 10 PM.
Just get out of bed earlier. My preference would be to have standard time in Alberta all year round same as Saskatchewan. Prefer the extra light in the morning rather than the evening.
If you get out of bed earlier when it’s daylight savings time it’s even darker. Don’t see how that solves anything.Just get out of bed earlier.
When I reminded my 80 something Mother about the change to Daylight Saving Time she commented that she would change her clock in the morning as she didn't want to get up at 3 in the norning just to change her clock. There is some logic there I guess. I wonder if anyone actually does that?
Totally agree bro. Hope the BC Gov’t shows some balls on this. Please please.... pretty please.... Stay on Daylight Savings time. BC .. take the lead for a change... Ignore the Yanks,,, Lets just do it. We voted (by a huge majority) yes last year to stay on Daylight Savings time.
YEAH YEAH YEAH maybe I just did not get it 100% correct.....same as Ash did not say the same exact words in Army Of Darkness when he lifted the Necronomicon from the cemetary....."nickle/necktie/necturn...it was definatly an N word!".Yes, the poll is not correct. There should be three options:
1. Keep it
2. Get rid of it and stay on the proper time - i.e. winter time - i.e. the sun is at the highest point at noon.
3. Get rid of it but stay one hour off - DST - i.e. summer time - i.e. do not care where the sun really is.
Also should not be able to pick multiple options like on the current poll. I voted for both to prove the point
My preference would be 2 since it is the right thing to do, even though I like longer daylight over summer (i.e. option 3)
