New AirBnB rules.

I though (cause I seen it in the news) the new rules are there to prevent local hoodlums with guns going to the parties.......
So the business plan rent BNB. cost 300/night, charge 10.00 a head, sell 60 tickets and get 600/night... make 300.00 and have a good party.....

Unfortunately some people that don't like each other show up and they have guns.... ooppps no more fun and the police are called.... cause people are dead. Or the apartments been trashed/noise complaint.

I think people like to party, to forget the world we live in for a few hours. Nothing wrong with that.

But you always have to be carefull....

The older I get the more I see how vindictive people get, over petty things.... Its days like these that make me wonder why someone didn't shoot that bastard at birth.... save some the heat-ache down the line...Ah well, I have to be better than that....:juggle:

It makes more sense to disallow certain large gathering or parties by listing or as general AirBNB policy.
Terrible events happen regardless of what rules are in place. 26 year olds can shoot up a rental too.

I know of a few ranches up this way that have started to Air BnB their extra houses, or cabins.....You'd have to be a special kind of stupid if you think you can trash their house ,or start a shooting with those kind of individuals?
