I'm no help for you, but is there anything you can't get on Amazon?

It should be very easy to make one ?

This is one available on amazon .

This is the same table on their own website .

Perhaps you are better off finding a good quality massage table and just having the opening made to your own specifications ?

I don't think a folding Massage Table will work for this application . Too many support braces in the way of the Participant, on the bottom side of the Table !
Not to mention, it's $700 .

First off, this sounds like a Project for Elsi Dawson !
She has the Tools, and I get the impression, She knows how to use Them !

My 2Cents... of a Suggestion would be getting a Workbench something like this, with an adjustable Work height .
Which also has a Capacity of 3000 lbs . Which sure I know is overkill ! But, You'll want something sturdy for the larger Participants .

Now the Table Top that comes with this Bench isn't going to be large enough, but, an 8ft Bench is twice the Price .
This is where You could improvise, and replace the original Table Top with 3/4 in. Plywood . Buy a 4x8 Sheet of 3/4" Plywood, and have Someone(Possibly the Lumber Store) rip whatever Width You think is appropriate ? I'm not sure what the appropriate width should be ? ( 30" or 36" Wide ?)

Have Someone figure out a new mounting arrangement for this cut down Sheet of Plywood . I'm imagining (8) - 1/4" Tee-Nuts strategically placed in Plywood, with existing mounting points on the Bench frame, that bolt from the bottom up .

Now if You're not a DIYer, then take this Sheet of Plywood to your local Upholstery Shop . I'm sure they could Jigsaw out the appropriate Glory Hole, wherever You've marked it .
I would suggest 1/2" thick High Density foam, which I'm sure They'll have more expertise than I . My only comment being to be conscious of the thickness . The average Male having 6" to work with on this Glory Hole . 3/4" Plywood plus 2" of Padding/Upholstery, doesn't leave much to work with ? LOL

Well that's all I've got... hopefully it offers another Option . Good luck !
I've never experienced a Milking Table, so It's one of the Experiences I still have left on my Bucket List .

Some visualization, pulled from the PERB Archives, of what You're trying to accomplish .

My thoughts on this one Vanessa, would be to build one with short legs. Add extendable feet to adjust the height an inch or two. This would be at a height you could access underneath with an automotive car creeper.

I enjoyed this thread because now I know what a milking table is. At first I assumed that it was a piece of farming equipment used at a dairy farm.
Googling things I read about on Perb is so educational ;)

Adjustable work height is overkill, unless you're going to throw it in the back of the truck for each session you go to. The only height you need to set it to is the one that's comfortable for the SP. Put the mat on straps so that you can take it on and off as necessary (tuck the mat under the bed for more GFE sessions as not to scare off the new clients). Three sides leg supports in a hardwood with pocket screws or laps, bevel the hole like a pumpkin so you can replace the cap and fuck on top, and use a medium density foam--the hard stuff is HARD. And if it's just a touch softer, the concern of "working depth" all but disappears. Kiss the fucker in varathane, take some raunchy pictures and tell the internet looking for victims.

Never a fan of the whole procedure, but it looks like with Covid protocols, it could be a safer way of providing/receiving service.

I have been looking for a provider here in the GVRD with a milking table, so if that comes up, I'm in.

I can see it not being that tough a build either. Could look quite nice as well. Planed and well sanded, varathaned 2x4 supports could be on lockable wheels, 3/4" plywood top, 4" foam, upholstered and formed correctly, then add the head support from a standard massage table. Lots of room underneath, strong enough to support 2 healthy people fucking vigorously, etc etc.

26 years of custom cabinetry and furniture building and I've never been ask to build one. I think I'll give it a go but add a swing out chair for the provider.
