I’ve dealt with Ikea many times including part of a Reno. They always made things right when things weren’t 100%.
They just don’t have the right product I require in the next month.

I read a number of reviews about damaged products not being taken care of by customer support. Things like missing parts, chipped or scratched furniture and no instructions in the box.
