Yes there are......I am currently in a test study of them, that should take a lifetime for accurate results.
Never been an issue for me. As long as a lady looks good- I'm happy.
Never could understand the ones that go for like that 70HHH almost the size of garbage cans look. They all have weird names. I dunno, not my scene...

In my (limited) experience, fake boobs can be a mood killer because of the extra sensitivity / pain and the resulting restrictions (such as no sucking or touching). Add a risk of internal scarring (making the boobs too hard).
Even if those issues are not common, I am wary if the process can maintain all the nerves in place to preserve the sensations the woman had with the real boobs. Not sure if there are researches on that, are they often still fun for the owner to be played with, not just looked at.

I've gotta say this in this thread because it is relevant.
Ladies, size GG is .......... not good. If you want enhancement, go for it but do not go and have basketballs permanently attached to your chest. Personally, it is laughable.
Again, personally speaking, it is the woman who makes boobs look good, not the other way.
