Mayor:
Premier:
Prime Minister:

For me:
As Mayor- get rid of bikes lanes in Victoria. If parents want their kid to go to school across town, they can pay for their own bus pass. More parkcades at cheaper prices. Set new condo construction at 4 parking places per condo and 1.5 visitors per 3 units (rounded up). Cause people like to party. Rapid transit up to Duncan, using of E&N line, 2 way traffic. More parkcades near the major stops for commuters.

As Premier: Build a bridge from Island to mainland, (toll bridge- 20-30.00 per way, 6 lane bridge), but its free to walk over, as long as your prepared at the island side to be inspected by custom officers. Build more pipelines to Alberta, A northern Natural gas line to Prince Rupert Area. Build more dams, and sell power to the states. 4 lane the trans Canada from Chilliwack to Vancouver (total of 8 lanes). Remove the riff-raft from Vancouver and Victoria and send them to Salt Spring Island. Build large desalination plants for Victoria and Vancouver. The water can be shipped to places that need water by pipeline. Pipeline pumps to run on solar or wind power. Cut gov waste, review dumb contracts done by political shitheads, cut expense accounts

As PrimeMinister:
Make all First Nations, Canadian citizens and start taxing their land, no more gov handouts, they can join the 21 Century. If they live and work on their land, no income tax for 20 years. After that taxes. No mineral rights. Bring back the death penalty (For multi-murders and people saleing hard drugs). 3 strikes and your are hanged on 4th conviction or 5 years on a chain gang building roads their choice.... Renewable energy will be the priorty (No, fuck the people who don't want to hear wind turbines in their backyards- they can move). Every one who has solar and wind excess power can sale it back to all energy companies at companies set price of electicity. More Nuclear power plants (they are very safe). A bon de fide Space Program....own satelites, much more contribution to space station etc. Minerals and oil will be taxed at 80% for companies mining them, the money made will be held in trust for future Canadians (4% of interest from principle can be used, but should be reinvested back in).
Every city must have a minimun 3 months food supply in the form of growable food. Fresh vegetable must be purchased from with 100 miles of any major city (made/grown and sold)(so building and heating hot houses- more contruction). Genetically mod species accepted, no legal claim from people making the mod species. High speed trains between all major cities for transportation. Income tax will be a flat rate somewhere between 15 and 25 %. No deductions. Makes everything simple for taxes.... Make life simpler for everybody without all these rules because people forgot common dog fuck skills....

I am sure I am forgetting a few things that will piss off somepeople, but hey its only if I get elected....

What would you want to see done if you got elected?

I put a few controversial items in the list, done to promote discussion, the good the bad and the ugly.... without discussion there is only anarchy.... or is that toadyism...

If you are for the status quo, you are like an ostrich with his/her head stuck in the sand....

There are alot of problems with life in Canada, and most people are just the shuffle it to the left kind of people.

In the states there is the "make America great again" stuff, well in Canada we are trying to make Canada a better country, are we not? It is true that the rich get richer and according to murphy's law "he with the gold makes the rules". The middle class is disappearing. So that means alot more poor people, and there are people that can't afford an increase in mortgage rates and could loose their houses.....

People in this country used to do things for themselves, can food for winter, grow a garden, household projects etc. now its do nothing or get someone else to do it. Our society is lazy. And they who whine the most get the most from the taxpayer.....

Everyone has an asshole, therefore they must have an opinion....

Actually. Murphy's Law is " anything that can go wrong ,will" or something to that effect. As for laziness? Yes, it has become a problem. But the laws are partially responsible for that. Many home repairs and improvements must be done by hired contractors for legal and insurance purposes. Even those things that can be done ourselves usually require too many permits and red tape that its best left to a pro. Not to mention , many DIY projects now cost MORE than simply buying or hiring!

... Minerals ... will be taxed at 80% for companies mining them ...
80% of what, pray tell? Net profits? Net smelter return? Theoretical value of the mineral in the ground?

If the miners only get 20% for their efforts, who will put out the money to explore for and find the minerals? The government, perhaps? That has never gone well in jurisdictions where it has been tried.

If you include the cost of exploration, including the failures, the mining industry is a net consumer of capital, not a generator. The reason it can exist is that a lot of people are willing to gamble on mineral exploration, or what you might call prospecting. There won't be many gamblers if the potential return is only 20% of something or other. Or rather, the gamblers will still be gambling on prospecting, but they won't be spending their money in B.C.

MO, I would have 80% tax on profit made by company.... the thing is all those minerals/oil belongs to all Canadians. So the rich get to exploit that and make all the money for themselves, the history of mining companies is to rape the land and leave behind toxic waste sites for the government to clean up. Yes there are prospectors, but mostly they end up saleing to the big corporations when they find a big find. This method can work, look at the Norwegian Trillion dollar fund from the oil found off their coast. Realizing that one day the oil will dry up the Norwegians taxed its profit by 80% and didn't spend the principle, thats why its a trillion dollar fund today.... They looked towards the future of their country and people...

In Canada because of the vast territory, mining was conceived one way. If you want to protect for the future, sacrifices have to be made today. When gold prices went over 800/ounce they reopened mines in Ontario, that now became cost efficient to run because of the price of gold (sorry I should say make great profit for the investors)

So if a prospector finds a load that is worth 2 billion, it cost 1 billion to remove it, that is 200,000,000 the investors can make. its just that they are greedy and want to max their profits in as short a time as possible, why shouldn't the government do that for the future of its people?? why shouldn't the government make 800,000,000 off this natural resource for the future of Canadians?

Look at communism in Russia, the czar was overthrown in 1917, the wealth of that nation became the peoples....WW2 came along and they were allies of the western capitalist countries.... the west took a long time to open a second front and Russians suffered the most casualties in WW2. after WW2 the industrialist/capitalist of the US made Russian their enemy and the cold war started, it lasted to the late 1980s, Russia fell apart and oligarchs scrambled for the wealth of Russia. These oligarchs control Russia today.

Wealth, and power control the little people (poor and middle class), they make the rules in their favour, to keep their wealth and power and privilege..... and everyone want to get that wealth, therefore we don't complain about the system.... and it comes down to he with the gold makes the rules.....

On this world, we are doomed to fight over the wealth of nations, killing each other to gain that wealth.... gotta be something better to do.....

Jisshhh, im happy you will not be prime minister. Death penalty for selling drugs? Really...? Personally i think drugs should be decriminalized all together. Your body your choice. And i am a non consumer of them. If anything maybe keep heroine illegal as its VERY VERY addictive and devastating, but certainly not death penalty. And seriously, you want to kill peoples who sell coke? Cmon now. As for murders and very very harsh crimes like these... I dunno. I don't think humans should have the right to take another peoples life. And there is always errors possible. Nah... not a good solution.

Nuclear... no thanks. Why use Nuclear when we have such great hydro electricity.

Anyway...

Fantasy has always been better than reality.... drugs do that for addicts. Sure people have the right to put into their body whatever they want; as long as they don't harm other people. So driving high on pot is one of those. Drinking and driving is another one. Family and friends watching someone go down the drain because of drugs...... The drugs are powerfull, the addict chooses the drugs over family and friends..... the addict turns to the drugs instead of family and friends....

The drug dealer/sellers claim "I was only suppling the drug" is like the German guard in a concentration camp "I was only doing my job"..... The drug dealer is just as guilty.... plus he makes money tax free.....

So for most drug dealers the first hit is free, the rest costs you.... in money and other things you may value in your life.

As for Coke, coke is mixed with fetanyl now, so roll the dice and take your chances.... Maybe we should have a 3 strikes rule for ODs, on the 4th one just watch you pass away.....after all if the first 3 didn't warn you to get your act together, you must be trying to commit suicide... And so maybe that would be the way to make the drug trade less profitable... let the users OD and die....

Before anyone bitches, bitch about your taxes, that is what is being used to buy these kits to bring the OD back from death, its your tax dollars....So its being used over, and over and over, where do you draw the line?? I know it sounds heartless, but they choose to put the drugs into their system.... They choose death.... And to make taxfree profit the drug dealer sales the hard addictive drugs..... The drug dealer is an enabler......

And I don't want my taxdollars to go toward putting the drug dealer away for 20 to 40 years (at 40,000.00 a year) .... a quick 22 bullet to the head, just like a cow. its cheap and effective.....

For the most part I am talking about hard drugs like coke, heroin etc.

For Nuclear, AB, Sask, southern On, NB, PEI, NS and Nfld could use them near their major population groups... BC, MB, northern ON, Mainland Nfld, northern QB have hydro.

Electricity is important for industrial work, in WW2 if it wasn't for the Hoover Dam, and Tennesse Valley Projects and other dams, the US wouldn't of been such a big industrial giant of WW2.

This is simple.

I would reduce taxes for Canadian Citizens to 5%
& reduce taxes for Oil companies to 10%

Government would be taken out of the healthcare system, and insurance systems.

90% of profits from Casinos and the Liquor branches can fund Schools and Hospitals

& make Foreign investment in Canada near impossible to do.

And last but not least, bulk up the army, airforce, and defend The Canadian Arctic.

If elected PM I would do the following.

AXE the solid gold MP Pension Plan.
Change ALL Federal Employee pension plans to "defined contribution" instead of "defined benefit".
Get rid of the Carbon Tax.
Increase the yearly TFSA contribution to $10,000.

Utterly REFUSE all ILLEGAL migrants and ship them back to where they came from.

Crack down HEAVILY on foreign funded special interest groups that feed money into Canada...Tides Foundation specifically.
Approve both the Northern Gateway Pipeline as well as Energy East and if needed invoke the "war measures" act to get them built.

Given the savings to taxpayers by MP and Federal worker pension reform I would AXE the GST whilst making it a referendum for it to be enacted again.

Sensible policies for a happier and more productive country whilst at the same time stopping the pigs from feeding at the trough.

Given that Trudeau has not been "offed" or "snuffed" or "assassinated" for his 4 years of running Canada into the ground I like my chances with regards to much better policies.

For that you would have to go moneyless, which is what western and eastern civilization runs on....

Or remove compound interest and replace with simple interest. or better yet just repay the principle... or even better default on the loan...... After all, in the lord's prayer, it says to forgive all debts......
